It is a great income strategy to make money without having to sacrifice most of your Time in any one way of earning income, building wealth or making money on the side.

Whether I am sleeping, traveling or pursuing other Passive Income Opportunities…

I do not have to sacrifice my limited Time earning a paycheck with a desperate desire to become wealthy and successful.

And the secret to achieving Financial Freedom is knowing how to generate Multiple Streams of Income!

A popular misconception about even the best ways to earn passive income online…

Is that “No work is involved”…

“All we have to do is just lay back and watch the money keep rolling in.”

Yes, that is true.

But this happens…  Eventually  😉

After you have put the Time, Work and Effort into building or tapping into a Proven System that will continue to do the work for you!

Once you have your “System” in place, then you can flip on the Autopilot switch!

Learning how to Build Systems is an essential part of implementing these strategies of generating passive streams of income!

The 5 Passive Income Streams mentioned are:

#1 Residual Income:

Same concept here, you continue to make money after you have already put in the Time, Work and Effort.

•You can create your own product or service, and use a System to help you sell and promote your business idea, like Click Funnels.

•If you don’t have your own product, then become an Affiliate Marketer and use a Proven System to not only educate yourself with but, also earn a decent commission!

 

#2 Royalty Income:

This is where you create your own product and have someone else sell it for you.

In the video, I also share with you my resource on how to write a book and also how to publish a book.

The System I use to sell my books is Amazon’s Kindle Direct Publishing.

Not only does Amazon help you create a:

     •But also a Physical Book
     •And you can even create an Audio version!

 

#3 Interest Income:

This is where you become the Bank and lend your money to earn a higher rate of return or interest on your hard earned money.

Wealthy people know how to make their money work hard for them, because if you don’t…

You will have to continue working hard for it!

The System I use is called Lending Club!

 

#4 Dividend Income:

Many of you may already be aware about stock investing and how some stocks pay out Dividends to their investors or shareholders.

The system I use is called the “10-11-12 System”…

I learned this System from is the book “Get Rich with Dividends”.

Highly recommend you take the time to read this book!!!

This passive income strategy alone can make you a Millionaire upon Retirement! 😉

You will learn how to select specific dividend paying stocks to add to your portfolio and reinvest your dividends.

•This is a great strategy for building a nest egg and establishing your Retirement Income within a Roth IRA.

•Or you can simply collect the dividends now as yet another Passive Income Stream.

•This is also a great strategy for parents who would like to build a College Savings Plan for your children!

 

#5 Rental Income:

Investing in Real Estate Property is one of my favorite ways to make money.

Wealthy people know how to make money from the demand and necessities of people.

And there are 3 thing we a need in order to survive.

That is Food, Water and Shelter!

And with a growing population, this necessity will only continue to grow!

It is not the easiest way to generate income…

But if your goal is to earn above 7-Figure Income…

Then you definitely need to tap into this Passive Income Strategy!
